Good buffet in vegas?

i tried bellagio a few months ago and it wasn't that great. prime rib was nice and chewy.

I went to the World Carnival one in Rio (the cheaper one) for 25 buck. I must say it was pretty good.

Wynn was great. quite costly though, i dont remeber how much exactly, somewhere in the ~40 range for lunch. 🙁
