Good Boot Loader?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good boot loader? I used to have system commander 7 but I didn't like it all that much so I'm looking for something else.

I want something that is easy to use, yet looks nice. I really liked system commander 5 but i can't seem to find that anywhere. Thanks.
 
Although I am partial to Microsoft's NT Loader (hey, it's gonna install itself anyway, right?), I have used XOSL (www.xosl.org) without any problems. A very nice freebie to have around.

Thanks for the recommendation of XOSL. I installed it and it's just what I was looking for. A nice shade of green to boot with 🙂 Thanks.
