Good board to pair with Q6600?

I'm thinking of upgrading my current system:

Opteron 175 2.2Ghz (stock)
some sort of EVGA mobo
2 GB of G.Skill DDR RAM
8800GTS 320
3 SATA HD
2 DVD-RW drives
Creative Audigy 2 ZS
Gigabit NIC
Corsair 650w PSU

to:

Q6600 (will likely OC)
4 GB of DDR2 RAM (might just get 2 GB to start and another 2 later on)
SLI would be nice in case I decide to do that at some point
If the mobo has an onboard NIC, I won't need the current NIC. Doesn't have to be gigabit.

I'd like to keep the price below $150 if possible. I do a lot of gaming.

I just built my new system which is pretty close to the one you want. I got a Gigabyte DS3L and q6600. I bought 4 (2 x 2GB) gigs of DDR2 G. Skill. I'm sitting @ 3.0 GHZ fully stable. I haven't even tried to go any higher yet. It obviousely wont' do SLI but for me, the 750i boards for $60 more were not nearly worth it!
