Good board games for adults?

What are some good board/card games for adults? I'm not talking about your average Monopoly or Pictionary, but some of the lesser known games like Apples to Apples, etc.

It's typically a mix of people in our 20s and 30s. We like party type games.

We're not big board game fans, but do enjoy some of the regulars like Scattergories, Battle of the Sexes, Cranium, Trivial Pursuit, etc.

For the more nerdy, there's also the game of Munchkin, which can be a blast.

Cranium is fun. Poker is fun, but it is a little more difficult to get girls into it.

I played strip poker with 4 other guys and 5 other girls back in college and it was videotaped. 3 of the girls were hot, 1 of the girls was ok, and the other was heinous. We kept letting the ugly girl win because we didn't want to see her jelly rolls. She was almost fully clothed and was rubbing it in that she was such an awesome poker player. I've only watched the tape once, and you can't see much cause the girls are trying their best to cover up with a towel, but you do see some T&A here and there because they had to do a full frontal flash if they lost... and I show off my big tesiticles. One of my best friends from college had the tape last and when one of the girls asked about it later, he claimed that he recorded over it. Funny how crazy the girls got in college when they've had a few drinks. The fat girl could drink almost any guy under the table. She was the best beer pong partner!
