Good Benchmark Programs?

No problem. The first two aren't so much benchmarks as they are diagnostic programs. People use them to test the stability of their CPU and RAM, especially when overclocking. The other ones are actually benchmarks that spit a number back at you which you can compare to other people running a similar system.

Lots of games have built in benchmarking abilities. All you have to do is record a demo and play it back in a certain mode. The way to do it is different depending on the game, but I know Q3 has this feature built in. Use Google to figure out if your games have that ability. If they don't, then FRAPS is your friend.
