good baking cookbooks?

I don't know what it is, but if something can be baked, I can cook is awesomely... but if it requires using the stove top, I'll inevitably find some way to muck it up anyone know of any good non-dessert baking cookbooks?

Try "The encyclopedia of cooking skills & techniques" by norma macmillan. Or Better homes and Garden "the new cookbook"

Hah ..
I am the opposite.

I can use the stove and make stuff, but the workings of the oven are a mystery to me.
But I know how to use my grill, which pretty much works like a convection oven ....
