good Athlon 64 3200 mobo?

I'm building an Athlon 64 3200 system and am wondering if anyone has any thoughts on a good motherboard.

I'd like to get one that supports upgrades to Dual Channel memory, so 4 color-coded slots would be preferable (gonna get 512 MB Dual Channel memory now and then 512 more in about 3 months). Is the nForce 3 the new standard?

Also, I'd like to get all that integrated audio/LAN stuff on it as well. Overclocking isn't that important, but would be a nice bonus to be able to do.

Regarding the Athlon 64 3200 cpu, is this a good chip? It will be my new gaming PC and I thought the 1MB L2 cache would be nice to have. Is it worth it or should I just go for the 3000?

You can't get a A64 3200 with dual channel the socket 754's are only single. If you want dual you will need to go to socket 939 and the lowest they have is a 3500+ which is a lotta money. Either way dual channel doesn't do much for performance with A64's.

Either way I just got a A64 3200+ and paired it with a EPox 8KDA3J motherboard it so far it is rocking at 2.4Ghz and cruzing along. It is much faster than my old rig.
