Nope. First you ahve to do 16/8 to get KB/s (not 16 x 60...), you have to convert from kbps to KB/s. After that continue with your math.

16kbps = 16000 bits per second
16kbps / 8 bits per byte = 2000 bytes per second
2000 * 60 * 60 * 24 = 172800000 bytes per day
172800000 bytes / 1024 bytes per KB = 168750 KB per day
168750 KB / 1024 KB per MB = 164.79 MB per day
