I think its Washington state and the Canadian border.

edit: I also think the picture is on its side.
That was my guess too, that's exactly what it looks like.. I was going to post, but then...

That huge bay just south of the mouth of the Columbia River on the Oregon/Washington border. WTF?

Has to be some sort of trick/lookalike place.
I was wondering the same thing. But some of the features on the two maps are too close.

Compare
Wierd.

Those 4 features you circled that match are (from left to right, north to south): Lake Ozette, the mouth of the Columbia River, Oregon Dunes, and Cape Blanco.

Something is very wrong with the OP's map.

That bay is the result after the earthquakes in the movie 10.5. if you could scroll farther south to S. califonia, you would see LA is now in the Pacific

Exactly. That's at least two things. No way it is the Pacific Northwest.

It is the Pacific Northwest, the coastline matching up exactly is no coincidence, but it has to be some sort of edited map.

If it is a picture from the movie 10.5, then that makes sense.

I didn't really notice Puget Sound was missing from the map because of the clouds there, but you're right.
