Good apartment ratings site? Do they exist?

Hey all, I'm looking for an apartment for august, but I can't find any decent review sites... Anyone know of any? Or, alternately, anyone know of good apartments in the Silver Spring / takoma park area? Needs to be red line accessible... (I'm at UMD and my girlfriend is at American)

That is the biggest one out there as far as I know. It has come in very handy for me in Raleigh. Hope this helps.
