No it doesn't if you look in the "Computer Manager" - "Event Viewer" there are some files that get blocked and I forgot where it is at in the panel, but the registry section when I clicked on that in Bitdefender it would'nt work.
Now I'm talking about Bitdefender Standard 9, not the free one.

P.S. I bought NOD32, loving it, so I'll stick to it.
I'm using the Avast 4 Antivirus, it is 64 bit compliant and is free for home users. It is very reliable and has actually gotten rid of viruses which stupid Windows One Care Live Beta let through my computer easily. It has also prevented viruses from entering my system 2-3 times. Avast releases new definations every 2-3 days.
