Never end up using anything for more than a year or so, maybe two. Everything becomes too bloated with add-ons.
Not running an Exchange server, just a file server. Email and browsing are handled at the workstations and running through a simple router.
The rigs are already running PGP for encryption which is easy enough. But having different programs for junk, spyware, anti-virus, etc. is getting to be a pain in the ass.
Is this just the way it is? What are most places doing?
