Good and quite heatsink and fan?

Which Heatsink and fan would you recommend that is good and quite for a AMD XP2000 cpu?

Thermalright SLK-800 or 800A at $30 at SVC.com and YS Tech variable speed fan, speed turned to noise level you want but with capability of better cooling if you are tempted to overclock (easy with mbo with nforce 2).

I have the SK-7 from SVC and am using a Panaflo L1A fan on a 1600+ Pally stock voltage OCed to 1,764Mhz (34Mhz faster than the stock 2100+.) Using Artic Silver 3, my temp idles around 38C and hits 46C with 12+ hours of Prime95. Also its very quiet!
