good and quiet gpu hsf for 9500p???

i'm sure the stock ati hs/f on my 9500p provides sufficient cooling but i think it's too "whiny". what are some of the good replacements out there that provides enough cooling and isnt so whiny? i did a short search but found most of them were made for invidia cards.
 
The Zalman Heatpipe is what you want. Passive cooler that is suppose to work real well, it should work fine for a 9500pro. It is $40 shipped from Newegg though, I'm not sure if anyone else has it cheaper.
