Good and Quiet Fan for SK-7?

Currently I have a 3k rpm quad led fan and a 2.5k rpm svc fan. They give out about 32 cfm and 28 - 30 dBa. Is it good enough or should I go for a TMD 70mm fan? These fans don't seem as effective on the SK-7 as they did on the GC68. My mental noise threshold is about 30dBa, anything higher and I could crack. Thanks.

If you wanted a fixed-speed fan, the Panaflo L1A is a nice compromise.

My question is that if I don't want higher than 30 dBa, wouldn't the YS-tech set to around that noise threshold be about the same cfm as the fans I already have?

Papst 8412 NG 80mm Fan (4 pin) (FG-001-PA)
Papst make fans of the very highest quality - using the very best components and manufacturing standards to produce performance while reducing noise and vibration.

- CFM = 40.6cfm
- RPM = 3100
- dBA = 32
- Dimensions = 80x80x25

Cant beat this fan, just put one in my rig and its whisper quiet and performs as well as my old Delta 'screamer'.
