good and free software to clone an ssd?

SAWYER

Lifer
I am wanting to upgrade an ssd that is the main drive with the is and other files to a bigger ssd. What is the best free solution?

I'd say Macrium Reflect Free Edition as a first choice. Good interface, understandable, quick.

Paragon makes a similar free product I think.

I think Acronis can clone, but I'm not sure if the free editions do.

I'll third Macrium Reflect Free, it's the new Ghost! I believe the latest version lets you expand the partition during the cloning process as well (to fill in the extra gigabytes on a larger drive). If not, just use Easeus Partition Master (free version on Download.com) to shrink or grow partitions as required.
