Good aluminum case with size requirements

I'm building my dad a PC and I've been scouring for a good aluminum case to use. The problem is that the space in his desk where it needs to go is 18"High x21"Deep x12"Wide.

I have an Antec P160 case which I love, but unfortunately it's about 3 inches too tall. I've looked at this Enermax case but it's kind of cheap looking to me. The other requirement is that I don't want the case to have a front door panel that has to open for access to the optical drives. I'd like the case to have space for 120mm fans, but that's not a killer.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Ever considered an SFF case? Look at this one:

Comes with a 120mm fan and 420W power supply. Since it's your dad's computer, I doubt he'll need all the high-end computer parts, so that should be nice. Plus he can put it right on the desk for easy access

Actually I also have a hidden agenda for this PC. When I go down to visit them, I also want to have a good gaming PC that I can use. His current PC is an old Dell with an 866mz processor. I have looked at these cases, but I don't want to build another mATX machine. I've built some before for friends and just didn't care for them.

And his desk is pretty cluttered with other stuff too.
