Good All-In-One microATX mobo w/TV-Out?

I'm helping a friend put together a MAME / Emulator box.

What's the best microATX mobo out there that has built-in video and TV-out?

The Abit VA-10 is nice, but no TV-Out.
The Asus Radeon 9100 IGP and Nforce2 motherboards are also nice but again, no TV-Out unless you get the optional card which I can't find anywhere.

Any suggestions? Just get a barebones microATX board with a separate card?
