good AIW radeon drivers??

Hi.. I would just like to know which of the Radeon drivers ppl have installed..and which ones they prefer.. I'm about to uninstall the stock drivers from my system.. I've never done this before and I would like to do it right the first time.. so I just want to know which revisions are the best.. as far as you people have seen thanks..
