good agp/pci-e motherboard???

Im looking to upgrade to a Athlon 64 cpu, my 6800 utra agp has a little life left in it, whats a good board that has both agp and pci-e on it to hold me over until a upgrade my video card?

the ASRock dualsata2 is hardly legendary, it's just that it' s the ONLY mobo available that offers both (native agp & pci-e). this board is NOT for hardcore overclocking as it maxes out @ 274cpu htt cap. U an use beta bios' but they're not exactly stable. Other than that it's a solid mobo.

There is only one choice, as mentioned. Its not great for extreme overclocks, but handles moderate ones fine. I've been very happy with this board considering its cost.
