Good "active" Wii games for younger children?

I'm getting a Wii for the family for Christmas, mostly as an incentive to get up and move around since there aren't many places to really get out where we live, and we all hate exercising just for the sake of exercising. I have the Wii Play and Wii Fit system already. Do you have any suggestions for other games that younger kids (8 and 5) would enjoy and that will get them out of a chair and moving around? It would be an added bonus if the same games are entertaining enough that adults won't be immediately bored with them. :)

Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games will leave you sore.

I haven't played it, but I'm pretty sure Mario Party 8 would work.

I would think the Dance Dance Revolution games would be good.

We Ski is another game that goes with the Wii Fit.

Mario Party 8 is a great game. Not as "active" as Sonic or Wii boxing or anything like that, but a good game for younger ones.

Thanks for the suggestions. It sounds like the Mario games are the place to start. :)

Agreed on Olympics. Fun game but it can wear you out.

Outdoor games is supposed to be good as well.

Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games looks like it could be fun for adults, but with all of the various motions and sequences that are required for the different events, would it really work for little kids? Or does it have an "easy" mode for younger players where the activities aren't as complicated?
