Good 64MB video card

Can anyone recommend a good 64MB video card for my computer. I do very little gaming but I would like to watch TV on my PC and viewing DVDs too.

I have a DELL P3 500Mhz with a Diamond Viper 770D video card and have been very pleased with it, so I'm looking for something along the same lines.

I'm not replacing the card in my current PC just building a new one and would like something that is good for watching DVDs and TV. Just something that is fairly inexpensive with good output.

I have an All In Wonder Rage 128 Pro (32meg) for sale.. message me if your interested..

This card has a TV tuner, and handles DVD's very well.

But he said he wants something comprable to his Viper 770. The AIW Rage128 has the tuner and DVD playback features(I used to have one) but the gaming aspect of it is not up to snuff with the Viper with the TNT2 chipset.
