Yah so what does that mean in words?

Its a cheap piece of crap (MP mean NOTHING, it probably has a piece of a CD case for a lens) that takes 3MP pictures and stretches them to 12MP.

Cliff Notes if that's not simple enough:
1. Buy a real camera; the words "Canon", "Nikon", and "Sony" come to mind

To answer your second post, its worth 50....cents.

As others have noted, buy a real camera. You'll be much happier in the long run. A used canon camera such as the A70 is a great 3.2MP camera, any A series from Canon takes great pictures. I'm sure there many of them on ebay.
