Good 2tb hard drive for raid 1

Can anyone suggest a good 2tb hard drive for raid 1? At first I was considering to get WD Caviar Green but apparently it have major issues with using it in a raid setup.

Reliability (and price) is most important since that's the whole point of doing raid 1 anyway.

I don't live in US so I am a bit restricted when it comes to hard drive to choose from. I can get Seagate, WD and Samsung hard drive here, but won't be able to get Hitachi hard drives.

The Samsung 2TB ecoGreens are nice I hear. I absolutely love my 2TB Seagate Barracuda XT. Its faster than both my Hitachi 2TB and my 2TB WD Green Drives.
