good 2D card for unde $40?

mostly for general wordprocessing, internet on 850Mhz Celeron, rarely play games, any recommendations on AGP card?

I'd probably get a Trident AGP.
4 megs ram.....less than $30.....

If you are really interested in just 2d, any of the Matrox cards will be outstanding. The G200, even the older Millenium series were reasonably fast and with unsurpassed 2d. You can find a decent millenium on E-bay for under $30 every day.

There is/was a Velocity 100 in the for sale forum for $40 shipped. It will do games pretty good and the 2D is top notch. Velocity 100 For Sale
