Anyone know of good TVs in the sub 300 dollar range? 25-27 inches are ok.

Thanks in advance.

Yea, I've been looking at the 27A43 Toshiba.

Is that good?

We just got a $200 RCA. It's not the best, but it's nice, and a definate improvement over out many-times-repaired zenith. Everything used to have red shadows on the right side. Especially faces and light colors.

I'm looking at that one too. My dad has a 36in curved Toshiba and my roommate has a 32in flat Toshiba and they're both awesome.

I bought this 32" Toshiba 32A13 from Costco for $349 a couple months ago. I'm really happy with it. I'm sure you could get a 27" version in your price range.

I've had a 27" Toshiba for about 4 years now that I'm pretty happy with. Good picture and it was relatively affordable at the time.

I was briefly looking at the Sony's -- they look to be about 80$ more for more or less the same specs. Anything good about them? We do keep TVs for years and years....

After comparing that TV and the Panasonic CT-27E, I went with the Panasonic because I thought it had a slightly better picture.

FWIW, I think that flat screen TVs in this price range don't look very good.
