Good 17" or low-end 19" LCD?

I was lokking to spend up to $600, any recommendations? I was also hoping to get it at a place that has a good return policy in case of bad pixels.

I'd categorize it as mid-end.

40 and 50 are just way too expensive. I'm not even sure if you can get 19" at less than 2 grand.
