tight tight budget going to be doing photoshop video editing some dvd movies and light gaming any recommondations from newegg or any othere sights.

big question what ms tends to be the limit?
 
i wouldnt go any higher than 16ms. youre going to be hard pressed finding something decent under $200. Just get a 19inch samsung crt for 200 on newegg.
