Good 15inch LCD?

I'm looking for a high quality 15inch LCD (1024x768) monitor for a gift to my mother. I want something that won't ghost text when she scrolls down the screen quickly, is nice and bright, etc. It seems that 15inch LCD are hard to find in stores nowadays, which makes it hard to take a look before buying. She doesn't want anything over 1024x768 and I don't want to make here zoom in the time on a 1280 res on a 17inch.

Also, are there any reputable online dealers that have a decent dead pixil return policy? I have been looking at Dell since they have a 100% satisfaction guarentee.

The best warranty I've found is monitorsdirect at the moment. They gave me a 30 day satisfaction or my money back gaurantee, and 3yr advanced replacement for 1 cent on the 17"LCD I just ordered. :beer: If you get one you don't like you can return it to them. They have free shipping on some monitors now too. I can't tell you which won't ghost while scrolling fast though, I bought a NEC 1550v a couple years ago and it was top rated in it's class but it definitely suffers ghosting while scrolling fast so it won't do the trick. The Dell standard 151FP I have does it too.
