Recommend some good 13" laptops. I definitely want Intel C2D proc, bluetooth, preferably HDMI out on the unit itself. Other than that, I can always update ram/HDD on my own.

XPS M1330's can be found for under $800 at the Dell Outlet.
 
I got my latitude E4300 from the outlet for $650 and it's an excellent laptop, very solid and it has a great processor with decent battery life.
