It's been a bit since I've built up a PC, nad things have changed some!

Going to be putting in an Athlon 64 3000+ venice and an Epox mobo...

Any general tips? It's been awhile! Should I do the dab of AS5 in the middle of the heatspreader like Arctic Silver's page says?
