Gotta get to the hospital at 6:00AM. Tufts-New England Medical Center (Boston) Doctors estimate that will take 16hrs from 7:00AM to midnight. I have Ewing's sarcoma. The tumor is located in my left jaw bone, in spaced boned marrow. Its a rare cancer often found "between 10 and 20 year(wiki)" olds. (I'm 14 BTW) Finished all my Pre Op scans well on Wedesday. The Doc says everything looks on par and I should just get some relaxation.
During the process will include a team of doctors. Which ranges from Dental, Anesthesiologists, Reconstruction, etc. I will have good care with all the top doctors. What will happen is the ENT Reconstruction Specialist will work with the Dental Specialist to remove the tumor and reconstruct my Jaw. This consist of removing a piece of my jaw bone, left half of my lower teeth, and tissue(gums). They will place titanium bracing, and take a piece of my fibula to grow with my jaw bone. There they will take muscle/tissue from my left leg and will reconstruct where ever is needed. Then I will have a skin graph on my thigh for my leg.
I am expected to recover pretty good. When I first spoke with the Hematologist he said I had a 75% success rate. The doctors all are leaning toward a good success in my case. Tests and Scans are looking good since day 1. No signs of the tumor spreading.

edit: got back yesterday and everything is pretty much great. Everything is heeling as expected.
