After messing around at the Apple store with some iPhone's today, i've decided to go back to unjailbroken again and see how long I can last without my beloved SBSettings and Intelliscreen.

My reason? I forgot how fast the iPhone can be with the stock firmware :(

Don't get me wrong, I loved having the phone jailbroken, it just seemed to get laggier and laggier lately. SBSettings seemed to be the primary culprit as the phone sped up quite a bit after i uninstalled it, but nevertheless, i'm gonna go stock for a bit as I feel the need for speed.

I went unjailbroken for like 4 months. Back to jailbroken now. I don't care much for the themes since some of them slowed my phone down before, but I had to jb again for apps. Was spending too much money on games.

I was going to do the same thing but decided to wait for OS 3.0 before going stock again. Maybe they'll have some kind of Intelliscreen functionality by then. I just don't know what I'll do without it!

I had to revert to unjailbroken. For some reason when jailbroken my phone decides to stop placing calls. I will stop getting incoming calls and can not place outgoing calls. Also the bluetooth will randomly stop working. A reboot fixes it. On stock firmware this is never a problem.

All I used from the jailbroken side was cycorder, clippy, and insomnia

For me Intelliscreen isn't that necessary, but BiteSMS is what keeps me jailbroken. I do love the speed of a stock iPhone, but I can't be bothered to exit out of whatever app I'm in just to reply to a SMS, and my wife and family text a lot, so it's quite annoying to have to constantly quit out of whatever app I'm in.

I tried jailbreaking my iPod touch. It only lasted about a month, then I restored it.
