I would think nothing of spending this much on an eBay purchase - the seller sounds fine. I would go with the eBay guy if you really want the watch.

The only thing im worried about it that its TOO cheap.

The watch sells EVERYWHERE else for $295... I dont see hows its possible for him to be selling this watch new for $190.

I bought my off ebay. It said brand new but it didn't seem like, although it was in good condition. Bought it for 70 and spent 30 fixing and adjusting it. The watch retailed for 300 at most places.
