Golf Club repair ???

Is it possible to put a new driver head on an existing driver's graphite shaft or do you have to get a whole new shaft too?

Just wondering....dinged a friend's driver and wondered if I neede to buy a new shaft or just the head...

It kinda depends on the driver as well. Taylor Made bubble driver shafts are hard to come by ($$$$) . I wanted to buy a stiff shaft for mine but they said that it was too thick.

Bummer.
