GoldenOrb/Athlon XP question

I have a two year old GoldenOrb fan/heat sink. I got this thing back when I was Overclocking a Celeron. Anyway, I just bought an OEM AMD Athlon XP 1800 and am wondering if this GoldenOrb is ok to use on it. Anyone know? Thanks.

In defense of the legendary Golden Orb, I offer this advice:
Have it cast in clear acrylic resin and wear in on a necklace, like an albatross,
was a warning to others - to avoid this killer of helpless CPU's.
