Golden Orb - hard to take off?

Is it just me or is a golden orb a pain to take off? I was wondering if there was a trick or something?

The G.O. I got was difficult to separate from the mounting bracket until I drilled the insertion points (for the two posts on the heatsink) in the bracket larger. That made it a bit easier to insert the heatsink once the bracket is in place on the socket.

Oh it is a major pain in the @ss, I was almost crying in fear as a turned that sucker trying to get it into place.
