Golden Orb & FIC 503+?

Little help please. I'm looking to get a golden orb for a FIC 503+ socket 7 motherboard. I got a golden orb before, but for those of you who know and own a FIC 503+, there are resistors/transistors/capacitors (?) standing up right next to the socket, and therefore i was unable to use it. Is anyone out there using a FIC 503+ mobo and successfully installed a golden orb w/o interfering with the resistors/transistors/capacitors, and if so, which Golden Orb model did you specifically use?

THANKS!

Goldern Orb's are not compatiable with Socket/Super 7 Motherboards.
They are made for Intel FC-PGA CPU's.
The Tension will probably not be correct if you try to install it on a Socket 7 Motherboard.
I would not try to do it if I were you.

I was actually able to get the Orb onto a couple of SS7 motherboards in the past. It's true they have a VERY tight fit, but I still would like to get an Orb that fits for the FIC if that's possible.
