Golden Orb Fan Direction

It's just my obsessive compulsiveness talking. I just made a blowhole right over the CPU area sucking in and i wondered if the Gorb blowing out was creating a stagnant area over the CPU.
 
Gorbs don't really function in the same manner as conventional HSFs. Since the fan is in the middle of the heatsink, the fan that's attached to it is designed to force air through the side fins. It blows sideways more then up/down.
