Do you know anything about it?

I think this is the thread that generated all the parodies and was actually serious. Next time you actually want informative input, you might try a more informative post. That might even help avoid the lock. Probably not in this case since what you seek input on is P&N stuff.

Aleister Crowley sitting in his study shaking his bowl of peas in rage.
Basically late 19th/early 20th century Newagers with money.

Either that or another way to greet your lover in the morning.

Was it?

I know Mythic Dawn in Oblivion was probably based on the actual order/cult, though.

I thought I remember the blonde haired guy mouthing the words "golden dawn" to Hans Gruber & Gruber saying he read about them in Time magazine.

Weird, I googled "Golden Dawn Die Hard", and this came up first (the second link that popped up was this thread):

The reason for this thread was hearing about Golden Dawn (a Neo-Nazi political party) gaining popularity in Greece. Having read about the Golden Dawn cult before (plan on using it as the basis for a plot line in a novel), it really piqued my interest. The modern political party isn't the same as the original order, though.

I'm surprised not that many people have heard of it considering its history.

The Golden Dawn was also the occult group in the last Wolfenstein game.
