Bill Goldberg and WWE have reached a deal.

On the cover? None other than former WCW champ himself Goldberg. The cover has the most recent WCW Nitro set in the background with fireworks and big picture of Goldberg in front of it. The headline reads 'Who's Next? Sparks fly as Goldberg hits WWE'

The current plan is for Goldberg to show up either as a surprise at WrestleMania, or on the following RAW or SmackDown!

The original plan was for Goldberg to work against the winner of Rock/Austin, and supposedly, that still is the case. Because of Goldberg and HHH tension, as well as Goldberg's personal statement that he would not job to Brock Lesnar, a program with either Austin or Rock is more likely. That could change, though.

It's about time they reached a deal. They have been negotiating a long time. It was my understanding Rock was going to be leaving again soon after Wrestlemania. That would leave Austin for Goldberg to feud with. Although I hope Rock sticks around longer. As a heel he really is very entertaining these days.
 
Goldberg lives right down the street from me 😀

Dunno if he still lives there, but he stops by sometimes. He was there one time with what looked like that muscle bound woman wrestle (I don't follow wrestling). He's one large mama jama.

Goldberg will appear at WrestleMania but he wont have a match. Also, Rock is sticking around til the beginning of May.
 
It just ain't the same with out the Rock. It was really bad when him and Austin were out. Its good to see Stone Cold back. But when the Rock leaves for good its really going to pretty poor. A lot of the guys have the wrestling goods but no style.

He's apparently contemplating it... he recently bought the rights to the name "THE ROCK" from WWE... and he's apparently got a few movies in the wings.

I've been waiting on Goldberg to show up for a long time. It took Steiner a while too. The only other ones I remember from Nitro are Sting and Marcus Bagwell (I forgot his stage name), which I don't think will be back.
 
buff bagwell was with wwe in the beginning when shane "owned" wcw. what happened to him... i have no idea.

He was a problem child behind the scenes, so he was quickly fired. Even with Goldberg, the sh!tty WWE writers will somehow find a way to blow the storylines, just like they did with the nWo, and countless others.
 
Goldberg's ego is so big he'll mess things up himself. Said he won't job to Brock already. He's going to get all prima donna and think he's bigger and better than anyone else
