Goingto Las Vegas for the first time in 11 years

I'm going to Las Vegas in September and I've not been there for 11 years........ and I was wondering if there are any diplay tanks in casinos to check out?

When I was last there Treasure Island had a large reef tank.

Any help would be greatly appriciated 🙂

I'm wondering if you may be confusing Treasure Island with the Mirage. I don't remember TI ever having a tank, but the Mirage has a large one behind the check-in desk.

Also, Mandalay Bay has a large shark tank that is supposed to be pretty good. I can't remember, but it seems like admission is $10-$15. I've never seen it, so I can't say if it is good or not.

And finally, there is a large tank somewhere in the Forum Shops at Caesar's.

There may be more, but those are all that I remember.
 
NuclearNed pretty much covered it. The biggest aquarium is at Mandalay Bay - I think they have more than just sharks. The Mirage has a large tank in their lobby behind the check-in desk. They also have a dolphin tank and show but I've never checked that out. The one in the Forum shops is at the far west end (the farthest point ffrom the Strip) if I remember correctly.

We saw a cool one inside Caesar's (shops) and another decent one at the place... ah frick what is it... it's the one with the white tigers on display. 😀
 
I know it's been 11 years but have you completely lost all concept of what Las Vegas is? Have you bothered even typing the words into Google? It's like asking if there are any tall buildings in New York you should check out.

edit: Seriously though, if you've got kids, my 1 year old had a blast watching them feed the rays at the Silverton...:thumbsup:
