Going Windows 64 bit Worth it?

I am interested in trying this 64 bit windows. But i have many questions about it. Does anyone have it and are satisfied with it? Will going 64 bit windows effect my OCing? Are there big advantages to having 64 bit then to 32 bit? If anyone can address these questions that would be awesome.
