I was wondering if going to a live RAW or Smackdown is worth it? How is the environment? Did you have a good time? Thinking of attending a event with few of my friends. Thanks for your input.

In the last couple years been to about 5-6 shows and enjoyed them all. It is definately worth the price of admission.

Thanks for your input. I won't hesitate to attend. $40 for ringside? Nice.

Yeah, definitely worth it, especially if you've never been. Extra fun if you get to sit in a rowdy section.

i don't think it's 40 for ringside anymore. last time i went it was closer to 70. i've been to 2 wwf pay per views (no way out 98 and wrestlemania 17) as well as 1 raw and 1 wcw nitro. they are fun to go to if you are really into wrestling, but otherwise just watch tv.

I went to a RAW in Calgary two years ago where they featured the Hart Family at ring side.. That was cool!

And for some reason, they did a Montreal match.. Y2J vs Austin for the belt.. Vince at ring side telling Hebner to ring the bell.. Not sure if that was a compliment or a slap in the face to Stu Hart...

We were up on the upper deck.. and there was some drunk asshole behind us, kept yelling at Lilian to 'SHOW US YOUR PUPPIES HO'.. Once or twice I can understand.. Cause she is so fine :)... But for the whole friggin night, especially when theres no chance in hell she'll even hear.. He almost got knocked the fvck out.

I'm thinking of taking a sign. What do you think about this.

"Buy Out Scott Steiner's Contract to Sit At Home Vince"?

or

"Maven = Waiting in line at Concession Stand"?

Any good?

The way to beat that is to pick up tickets that in the first 7 or so rows from the front of that section. That way your view isnt restricted.

It's worth it to go at least once, esp. if you're with a group of friends who can get into the whole drama of the event. I'm not that big a fan of wrestling anymore, but I still like going to events once in awhile, since it's typically a testosterone rush, with guys being dicks and yelling stupid stuff and me being juvenile and finding it all hilarious. :)

I've been to a couple of Raw and Smackdown shows and a ppv 2 years ago. Was a lot of fun. We had bad seats all the way up for the ppv, but that was the night that Kurt Angle won the IC title and he came all the way up and hanged out with us. It was kinda cool

How are the pricing on snacks? Not to steep? I rarely see anyone walking around selling snacks like baseball games. Do you have to wait long lines in the concession stand?

prices are not set by WWE. It is the same prices as it would be should you attend another event in that venue. Lines are the same as it would be for another event but they do have vendors walking around with your basic items (beer, soda, cotten candy, some merch, etc).
