You claimed it's okay for nVidia to block Crossfire since they've never actually said you can run Crossfire on their chipsets.

By that same reasoning it's okay for Microsoft to block FireFox because they've never actually said you can run it on Windows.

Furthermore you telling ATi to implement their own chipset drivers is akin to telling FireFox to implement their own operating system.
