Excellent! Well within my $30/meal company paid limit! Everything generally seems very close by as well. The zipline appears to be right near Caesars and the microbrewery is a block away - which is good since I dont get a car and only get re-imbursed for the trips to and from the airport
I don't know if there's a zipline near Caesar's, but the one he's talking about is on Fremont Street, the old strip, downtown. It's about 5 miles from the new strip.
I think it's worth going to Fremont street anyway, the lightshow is pretty cool and it's basically like a 4 block long open bar.
Without a car and with it sounding like you're trying not to spend a lot of dough, I can't give that much advice, when I go to Vegas I usually go hogwild with the debit/credit card and then pretend later that I didn't realize how much I was spending.
Cheap/Free stuff:
Fountains at the Bellagio
Lions at the MGM Grand
Pirate show at TI
Fremont Street "Experience"
Rides at the top of the Stratosphere
For food one of my favorite (fairly) cheap places to go is Yama sushi for all you can eat. Pretty good stuff and it's not like most AYCE sushi places where you're really restricted on what you can get, if you want to eat 40 shrimp tempuras you can do it. It's 2 or 3 miles from the strip though.
If you're gonne be there on a Sunday check out the Sterling brunch at Bally's. It's pretty expensive (85 bucks) but where else can you gorge yourself on lobster, caviar, and all you can drink French Champagne?
