I am planning to upgrade my pc and want some advice ...

1) Should i dump my 4 yr old monitor( http://www.rakuten.com/prod/aoc-221...-3000-1-dc-5ms-1680-x-1050-dvi/208381778.html) and buy a new one ?

2) I've a budget of 48000INR (770$) to upgrade my GPU,processor,Ram,Motherboard, PSU

This is what I've considered so far ...
1) Processor: http://m.snapdeal.com/product/amd-44-ghz-am3-fx/1472312774

2) Motherboard: http://www.flipkart.com/gigabyte-ga-78lmt-usb3-motherboard/p/itmdegddysfvzuqm

3) PSU: http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-s1...acker=search&q=SeaSonic+S12II+520+Bronze+520W

4) RAM: http://www.ebay.in/itm/Crucial-Ball...pt=IN_Computer_Components&hash=item43bb82eea6

5) Graphics card: http://www.flipkart.com/msi-nvidia-...id=GRCDMKNFXUAPYSUM&otracker=search&pageNum=1

Is this a good gaming rig ?
Should i change anything ???
And the total becomes 42000INR(720$) and iam left out with 6000INR(96$).
What should i do with the extra money ?
Should i sell my old montior and buy a new one ??

At that budget no I dont think you should replace the monitor. 1680x1050 is fine for the amount of gaming performance your budget can buy.

That 6000 INR should be enough to afford an upgrade to a locked i5-4440/30 and a B85 chipset mobo. Alternatively, buy an overclockable motherboard for the FX-6300 and a cooler to OC with.

Well i can extent it to 5000INR...
total of 11k(176$) ....
Is there any monitor in this price range that will be better than my current mont?
I searched a lill bit and found this http://www.ebay.in/itm/ASUS-VS-Seri...2?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_203&hash=item2334db5d30

Is this worth upgrading ? Or should i stick to my old monitor ?

Yes, a reasonably good 24" 1080p monitor like the VS247H-P would be an upgrade over your 22" 1680x1050 monitor. Whether or not it's worth the money depends on if there's anything obviously wrong with your current one.

No there's nothing wrong with it... juss the fact that its getting quite old now.
And it's viewing angles are worse .

Most cheap monitors today have the same panel type, the difference is that they are LED-backlit instead of CCFL backlit. LED-backlit panels consume much less power and typically have a bit better colors and contrast but nothing dramatic. If you want a dramatic difference, go LED-backlit IPS

Totally agree with the above comment.
I have a SP2208WFP, which is 1680x1050, been using it for more than 5 years (bought it for 18k rupees), and then I saw my pal's full hd Dell, the entry level one (the one around 9k), and honestly it's not better than mine in any way, if not worse. The display looked dull, yet it's LED backlit. When I will think about an upgrade I'll definitely go for mid to high end model, their contrast and crispness is way better than those entry level ones out at the moment. So if you are upgrading, get a good one mate.
