I flashed to 1.4v almost a year ago, but i have been having some problems with the core not wanting to clock up to its OC speed in games, 3dmk, etc, so i figure if i just set bios stock speeds to somewhere in between my max OC and stock, it will be performing better than stock, but the core won't be plugging away at 422mhz 24/7. ? is, what soft where should i use...IE NVFLASH and NibItOr. Are there new versions of these or replacements i should use?

I did this recently with my 6800GT. NiBiTor and NVFlash are about all you need since you probably already have a copy of your stock BIOS to modify.
