Hi all,
I go to the gym everyday for cardio, LIGHT weights a few days a week. I'm feeling a LOT better, i'm eating healthier, I'm definitely losing weight around my stomach, but .... everytime I step on the scale it still is only showing a 5 pound weight loss.... am I doing something wrong?
