Going to the bookstore in a half hour

What book should I get?

I'm biased towards Fantasy, but am open to most suggestions (as long as they're non-policital and non-(super religious))

What exactly do you mean by non-political? For example, One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel Garcia Marquez is fiction, but has a strong political message behind it.

Or do you just mean that you don't want anything by Bill O'Reilly or Al Franken?

OK, then I would strongly reccomend One Hundred Years of Solitude and also Palace Walk[/l] by Naguib Mahfouz. Both are long books, but amazing.
